Do Wisconsin residents have to file city tax returns?

I used to live in Wisconsin for a little while so while I was doing my taxes I realized that there is no information on my w2 about local taxes, there is nothing in local wages, local income tax, or even the locality name. Boxes 18, 19 and 20 are empty. I was wondering if I even have to file for it or if so how. Thanks.
