What happens next, any ideas?

well iv been ttc for 13mths now, and have just had hsg test which has come back as me having one tube blocked.... im ttc ai through a donor, so not quite conventional, im 33 and have 2 children from previous relationship, so will i be able to have my tube unblocked on the NHS or will i have to go private? answers greatfully recieved, unless you have something negative to say then you can keep it to yourself lol
