I could cost a company $120K (serious responses please)?

it's a catch 22 either way.... TELL and you would be PERMANENTLY frying your goose with company ABC and then, once ABC breaks the contract with XYZ, XYZ wouldn't want you because you gave away inside information AND, they would be LOOSING business from ABC and not needing YOUR services and probably would be in a position where they would be laying OFF workers rather then hiring you or anyone else. SAY NOTHING and see where the chips land---AFTER the landing then go see what someone might offer if you still want to leave or if ABC still has need of you once they pick up the new company's product....since you sound like you are NOT one of the ones who would be IN THE KNOW on the new product......
