Should the USA give up on all middle east nations ?

It would save us a lot of $$$$ and maybe then we could start taking care of our own citizens. At least if we give the nations of the mid East free money ( Israel to the tune of 3B/yearly in military goodies) at least we should get some respect. But the US is the laughing stock of all Arab peoples who know that it will never stand up to Israel ( the tail wags the dog). Recent events seem to bear this out.
