[RS] how come when i win a fight in bounty hunter +1 worlds, i had 100 ep and it doesn't go down when i win!?!?

i spent 3.1m on a whip and i win a lot of fights; i have 100 ep and every time win it never goes down??i have the worst drops like sardines and iron stuff and im trying to make money off of it.help!!
