Religiously speaking, what does it mean when you check your sanitary pad and find a red heart-shaped stain?

My stepdaughter (the chubby untalented one) sharted in her bathing suit last summer and it looked like Elvis.She was really embarred that it didn't look like Jesus so she jumped back in the pool and ruined it or we could've sold it on eBay for about a zillion dollars for sure.
