UNDER MY FOOT HURTS PLEASE HELP?

a while ago i had dropped gl on the floor and a very small piece got stuck under my foot and for a while i really didnt notice but then under foot has this bump when I sometimes step on things bare footed it hurt or if i sqeuzze it it hurt it also looks like a calluses and yes that means it a tough layer of skin what is it
