I'm 16 and Canadian.. Are there any laws as pertaining to emancipation?

As for talking to them, start off by saying how there's not too much space and possibly how you could help by freeing up a room and moving out. I think you could just leave, since legally they can't force you back in when you're 16. Make sure you know how to cook though, since you'll get hungry fast.
