Apartment help in Greenwich village?

In the TV show friends they showed the outside of an apartment building and its 90 Bedford Street. Can you still rent apartments from up there? I konw its not the ones they filmed in because they had filmed in california and it wasn't a real apartment but I liked the outside of the building. So can you rent those apartments?
