Can you go to the bow of the cruise ship Enchantment of the Seas?

I just cruised on the Enchantment this past June and NO, you cannot go up on the bow as that area is blocked off to pengers. I did walk the promenade deck several morning and while you can walk around the back of the ship you cannot walk onto the bow as you can on Freedom Cl, Voyager Cl, and Radiance Cl ships.
