Emory vs. University of Washington in St Louis for Undergrad?

I was recently accepted to both Emory and WashU in St. Louis as a freshman in their undergraduate cl. I cannot decide which to attend. I am definitely interested in business and law, am a big history and economics person, and I want to pursue studies in Spanish. I currently go to a small coeducation college prep private school. I love that Emory has a strong undergrad business program and that its warm, but I like that one can move easily between the colleges of Wash U (its internal colleges) and that its name bears slightly more prestige. I want to be set up for success after college for going into business or law, so the connections of the school matter to me too. Any ideas for me? I like both schools, but am stuck and would apreciate any input. Of course, I will not base my decision on your advice, but its important to me nonetheless. Thank you
