How to calculate Flight TO or FROM by using Radial and OBS value by a pilot.Give Examples?

How the calculation of Flight TO or FROM is done by feeding OBS value when getting radials from a ground VOR. Pse give examples when aircraft is flying in different directions w.r.t. one ground VOR station. If possible pse post me video /Computer Based Theory.Thanks a lot friends
