Pokemon Heart Gold: Growlithe minus Bite?

crunch is no were near weaker than bite, and its better than bite, but anyway, the only way for it to get bite is you will need to go the move remember thingy, like in diamond/pearl/plat, you need the heartscale to remember it, im not too sure how to do it in heartgold and soul silver
