Why isn't muslim men today not following Propfhet(pbuh)'s dress code?

i do totally agree, what i dnt understand is why us girls feel inspired by the quaran to wear hijab and long sleeves and lose pants and stuff, but alot of muslim guys dnt wear the little head covering thing (i kno how educated of me) or long sleeves or pants for that matter. when i see alot of the brothers or wat ev of my muslim friends that are girls, my friends are all wearing like long sleeves and only one wears hijab and like they are modest,a then i see their brother with t-shirts, tank tops and shorts....for a swim suit....they wear just shorts, but us girls have to go about finding the most modest thing,that doesn't cost as much as a burquini! sometimes i feel as though us girls aren't treated as fairly.....or like boys just think they can do what they please.
